The manufacturing process unfolds under the watchful eyes of the experts. The whole process is sectionalized into different divisions. Each for a distinct purpose. For moving from one division to another division the products require to fulfill the prescribed norms of the one set. The complete 0cycle encompasses the whole spectrum from reception of raw materials to final segregation. 

Our complete indigenous production system leaves no need for procurement of components from outer sources with the exception of our raw materials like yarns, dyes and chemicals, color pigments, plastic granules, zinc slabs etc.
